YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

123 Grow

  • Classes are  for children ages 1, 2 and 3.
  • Parent and child participate in a fun-filled 45 minute class.
  • Provides a stimulating learning environment including basic motor skills, songs, and games.
  • Adults share the experience and learn to better understand their child.
  • Class provides a great time for parent and child to bond.
  • Program is held in our West Family Branch.

Fall Basketball

  • Co-Ed league for kids ages 4-14.

  • Program will run October 3rd to December 3rd.  The first game will be October 15

  • 50 Minute practice one night a week with a 45 minute game on Saturdays

  • Practice and games at both branches.

  • Developing character, self-esteem, and teamwork skills.

Indoor Soccer

  • Co-ed League, open to boys and girls ages 3-12
  • Program anticipated* to run January 2-February 25, 2012

  • 50 minute practice on one chosen night per week with a 60 minute game on Saturday
  • Practices and games at both branches.
  • Developing character, self esteem, and basic soccer skills.

 

Karate

  • Held at our West Family Branch on Saturdays from 12:00-1:00pm, call for more information. 

  • The cost is $10 a month and is held once a week.

PreSchool Fit-n-Fun

  • Classes are for children ages 3, 4 and 5.
  • Preschool children participate in a 45 minute program which introduces physical fitness through simple activities such as games, tumbling, and free movement.
  • Perceptual motor skills are practiced through games and creative craft activities.
