The YMCA Men's Residence provides safe, clean, affordable housing for men 18 years of age or older.  We are a drug and alcohol free facility.  We also provide 24 hour security and on-site case management.

RENT:

$15.00 per day, $75 per week, or $300 per month.  We will provide assistance on a case by case basis.  There is a refundable key deposit required to hold a room key.  There are no refunds for partial stays.

BUZZER:      

The intercom system in your room is located near the door.  You can directly contact the Front Desk by pressing the talk button.  The Front Desk can buzz your room to contact you or speak with you at anytime.

WAKE-UP CALLS:

You may sign-up for a wake-up call at the front desk. Give your room number and the time you’d like to be awoken.

MAILBOX:

A mail slot is provided for each room for messages and mail.  Mail Will be passed out when the mail is sorted.

PERSONAL LAUNDRY:

Coin-operated washers and dryers are located on the 2^nd floor. The cost is $1.50 per load.

PARKING:

There is a resident parking lot located 1 block east of the men's residence.

SMOKING:

Smoking is allowed in your room only.  Please be very careful at all times while smoking in the room.  There is no smoking in any common areas of the building.  (Hallways, elevators, YMCA lobby, etc)

YMCA MEMBERSHIP:

All residents are given a YMCA single membership for the duration of their stay which includes use our pool and fitness center.

CHECKING OUT:

Check out time is 11:00 a.m. on the day your rent is due.  Be sure to turn in the key when you check out.  Rooms must be left orderly and free of debris.
